Confidence note. NOT opened. The archive.org collection "1930-1934TheGoldenAgeMagazine" does not contain the 4 February 1931 issue. The wording in circulation appears on several campaigning and reference websites which may not be independent of one another, so it is not reproduced here as a quotation. A scan of the issue would settle it.

Notes. The 1952 Questions From Readers answer discusses the Noachian covenant argument explicitly, which is consistent with such an article having been published, but does not establish its wording.
